The resurrection of Jesus Christ is one of the central tenets of Christian faith. Yet Dr. Peter Williams is concerned that there are some important details the average Christian doesn’t understand very well. So, in this video lecture, he walks us through some of those issues. It’s a little on the long side (William’s lecture is an hour, followed by a 20 min response and a Q&A), but this is a well organized video from an engaging speaker and worth having around as a resource on the resurrection.
The basic outline of the lecture is pretty simple:
- Non-Christian accounts
- Christian accounts of the resurrection appearances and empty tomb
- Objections to miracles
- The third leg of the stool
